Terms and Conditions:

1) The promoter of this campaign is Snupit (Pty) Ltd, in respect of its Snupit.co.za brand, Reg No 2016/331357/07, having its principal place of business at No. 71 New England Rd, Scottsville, Pietermaritzburg (the Promoter).

2) The Prize (R 1,000 Takealot Gift Voucher) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3) The Competition officially starts at the date of the relevant post being uploaded on the official Snupit Facebook page and will close on 31 October 2023 at midnight with a winner being selected in accordance with competition rules after the closing date of the competition.

4) Qualifying entries must be during the competition period, for any of the 3 listed credit packages. Only verified and activated profiles qualify for entry. Maximum of 1 entry per professional. Entries may be disqualified at the discretion of the promoter.

5) From all valid entries, a single winner will be chosen through a random draw by the Promoter. The winner of the Prize will be notified within 72 hours of the decision being made. Should the Promoter be unable to successfully contact any winner after 24 hours or find any irregularities, such person will be disqualified and another winner will be selected in the same fashion as the initial winner.

6) The winner agrees to the use of their names, images and videos in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

7) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

8) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
