refusal for refund or accommodation of booking I had booked accommodation prior to lock down. No communication from the owner was received after lock down. I contacted him regarding the booking and was informed that I could book till end of November. When I provide dates today I was informed that another family have booked all the units and no refund will be provided.

The place is very beautiful and neat , we felt safe which is the important thing. I really appreciate the owner who was very helpful from when I inquire , booking and our stay. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend Golden Dawn Chalet. Very peaceful. High five to Hivesh.
