Beware if you are purchasing property and these are the conveyancing attorneys.... They are very inefficient and to be honest it seems like they drag the process out for an unreasonably long period to the point that you have to pay occupational rent to stay in the house you are trying to purchase.... My case is now almost a month past the original estimated transfer date and there still seems to be no end in sight.... Every week they just promise you next week. Advise strongly against buying property from any developer who uses then as their attorneys.
