Sibonelo went out of his way to assist me with a complicated upgrade and transfer of cellular phones to a new business. The shop is well set up, clean, all the staff are polite and over the several hours I had to spend in there over the week, Sibonelo was unbelievable with his customer service, knowledge of the product and devices and even took the care to sms and keep me updated when I was not there! I would not consider going anywhere else. Thankyou MTN and especially Sibonelo!

I would just like to compliment on a member of your staff that we had dealings with over the past two weeks. Raymond went out of his way to help with the upgrading of our three cellphone contracts. He explained how to use the new cellphones, he was extremely patient and courteous. We have been customers of MTN since 1993. What a pleasure it was to experience such outstanding customer service. how on earth is it that MTN is getting from bad to worst....
cant get a hold of your RCB branch at all and when the number does end up ringing there is no answer..
service is not bad its PATHETIC!!!!!!!!

I've been calling the Boardwalk branch and this one. No one bothers to answer the phone. Don't advertise if you can't keep up with demand.
